I appreciate the chance that SEIS has given to me so that I could share my study experience in the BFSU together with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to my teachers, especially Ms.Wang.

It is their mutual efforts that help making me admitted into a top university to further my study. At the same time, my parents and friends also play an indispensable role in my personal development. Honestly speaking, in this campus, not only my comprehensive ability of English and other related professional knowledge have been greatly improved, but also I have learned how to get on well with others in a better way, and put what I have studied right here during the class into practice.

I can still remember the tough admitting process. My dream major is Sports Science which is pretty special because no one has ever tried to apply for that before, so nobody exactly knows what the result would be. No wonder, sometime I feel pretty hesitated about whether to hold on to my dream major or not. After serious consideration and consultation with teachers, parents and friends, finally I decided to spell two of five options for Sports Science. Though the application has finished Ms.Wang kept contacting with the schools concerned, following up related materials. Fortunately, I was so happy to be informed of the successful admission from Birmingham University. I got what I have been expecting.

I hold the opinion that self-discipline and self-motivation right here in BFSU are of great significance to our future development, alone with the teachers’ academic guidance and well-designed curriculum by the school. Self-discipline helps me keep on working until my goals came true. Self-motivation cheers me up when I encountered failures. Besides persistence matters a lot in ones success. Once we set the goal we need to work hard and keep on going, despite some potential difficulties and lures around us.

Once again thank you, everyone, for what you have done for me.
