中国护理中专毕业生不能申请一年的注册护士本科

    非常感谢您申请我校的“注册护士升本科”课程。

    这封信非常重要，因此我们把它翻译为中文。请您务必仔细阅读，理解信中的内容。据我们所知，许多中国护士初中毕业后就直接进入了护校的学习，而没有进入高中。尽管其学历有时会被翻译成“Diploma”，但根据中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心的认证，这些护校是属于中等职业技术学校（中专），学历程度近似于高中。如果您仅仅持有中专护理学历，您的护理文凭将无法达到新西兰护士局对海外护士注册所需标准。同时，UCOL也无法接受您的“注册护士升本科”入学申请。

    如果您持有护理高等学历，您必须在入学申请前提供我校相应证明。该证明必须通过中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心的认证。尽管UCOL的“注册护士升本科”课程对您今后的职业发展有帮助，但是您必须意识到这个课程的完成并不能一定确保您成功地在新西兰护士局申请海外注册护士。新西兰护士局只会评估您的国内的护理教育，而不是此课程。有关海外护士注册的具体事项，请链接新西兰护士局的

    Thank you for your application to join the Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Nursing programme.

    This letter is very important. This is why we have translated it into Chinese. Please read it carefully because you must understand the information in it.

    We know that many Chinese nurses begin their nursing training after only three or four years at middle school. Instead of continuing to high school， they enrol at a nursing training institution.According to the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center， these institutions are vocational high schools and the graduates are senior high school graduates. This applies even if the qualification is called a Diploma.If you only studied nursing at a vocational high school， your nursing qualification will not meet the Nursing Council of New Zealand （NCNZ） requirements for registration in New Zealand. Also， we will not be able to accept you into UCOL‘s Bachelor of Nursing for Registered Nurses （RNBN） programme.

    However， you may have studied nursing at a tertiary level. In this case， you must supply us with evidence of that level of study， before we can accept your application to study at UCOL. You should apply to the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center for that evidence.

    Even though the UCOL Bachelor of Nursing can be very useful for your career development in future，you need to be aware that achievement of the Bachelor of Nursing does not entitle you to registration with NCNZ. It is only your nursing education in China that is considered by NCNZ， the RNBN will not be taken into account.  We look forward to receiving your evidence of tertiary nursing study.If your Chinese nursing qualification does not meet our RNBN entry requirements， you are welcome to apply to enrol in our 3 year Bachelor of Nursing programme.
